Step 1: Student Codes

Step 2: Logging into the Website
To view your photos, follow these steps:
- Visit the Head Hunters website.
- Provide your email address.
- Enter your school's username.
- As well as your school's password.
Then click proceed to view your images.
Step 3: Accessing Your Gallery
Once logged in, you'll reach the gallery page and can browse images.
Step 4: Choosing Your Products
After adding the image to cart, you can click to adjust all available product options for that photo.
Product options may include prints, digital photos, or photo gifts.
Step 5: Reviewing Your Cart
Before proceeding to checkout:
- Confirm that all desired photos and products are in your cart.
- Review the quantities and product options.
- Make any necessary adjustments.
Step 6: Secure Checkout with Payfast
Head Hunters partners with Payfast, a secure and Proudly South African Payment Gateway, to handle all transactions. To complete your purchase:
- Proceed to the checkout page.
- Fill in your parent & student information.
- Select your preferred payment method through Payfast.
- Confirm your order.
Please note, Head Hunters does not store any credit card information on our systems, and you can be rest assured, your payment information is handled with the utmost security by Payfast.
Step 7: Order Confirmation
After successful payment, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This email will include:
- Your order number
- A summary of your purchase
- Estimated delivery time for physical products
For digital images, these will be emailed when your school's order batch is processed.
Additional Tips:
- If you're ordering for multiple children from multiple schools, you will need to log in separately for each child using their unique school username.
- If you're ordering for multiple children from one school within a single order, you will need to nominate a single student at checkout to recieve all the photo packages.
